Why To Get Used Cpap Machines
64There are a lot of people who suffer from sleep apnea who used cpap machines to get their sleeping back to providing them the rest they needed. There are no only a lot of direct health risks that people who are not sleeping well are having, but also some indirect which usually are the increased risk of being involved in an accident while conducting in activities that require constant attention. This happens due to small and very short periods of sleep that start to occure when we are very tired, and in most cases after the first night of bad or no sleep. When you have sleep apnea you can be waking up once a minute to catch a breath and that is why you will have serious problems.
The biggest problem with cpap machines is their cost. Most of the people who are suffering from sleep apnea dont have that extra money around and that is why it is a good idea to resort to used cpap machines. All the parts that are in any way in contact with the person using the machine can be easily changed, and that is why it is completely hygienic to get a second hand model which has been used by someone no longer in the need for the machine.
Since the problem is usually caused by the airways that are collapsing when the surrounding muscles in your neck relax as you fall asleep, working on these muscles can help you. You should not try to work them hard because if there is hypertrophy there will be even less space for the air to go to your lungs, that is why you should do long term exercise to try to slightly strengthen them but not gain any size. While the breathing break occurs your body is almost immediately suffering the consequenses. Not only do your brain need the oxygen that you are not getting, but also your heart. The muscle cells in your heart will start to suffer damage during these parts of no breathing, and that is the biggest reason for poeple with sleep apnea to be suffering from heart problems. Since obese people usually have sleep apnea due to excess fat around the neck, which causes the airways to collapse, they are in great risk of getting heart problems. Since your nerve cells also need the oxygen your brain and every part of your body will eventually suffer. There are some symptoms such as loss of periferal sense of touch because of the damages to the nerves. The big problem with these symptoms are that since obese people who usually lack insulin resistance have all of the tree problems already they are in great risk of having serious complications. Combine this with a 90% larger risk of having sleep apnea and you are ready to go. Using a cpap machine to pump the air to your lungs is a good way to get some help, but you should be finding out why you are having sleep apnea.

It was tricky for me to find the right mask... but eventually I did. The cpap makes my life a totally different experience. In a positive way... ;)
I liked this article. Makes it easier for people to understand the necessity of healthy, sound, oxygen rich sleep. Either get used to it, or the mystery of how you die (which is one of the cool things in life) will be a mystery no more.... Heart attack or stroke. Unfortunately you won't know which one it was that got you. But at least you'll have it narrowed down to two possibilities.
I'd rather use my cpap... I'm married, so being unsexy in bed doesn't matter too much. My health and my kids do though. Yes my wife too! And she bugs mw to use it....
